I Was Lying Down Watching A Movie Then My Eye

I was lying down watching a movie then my eye got irritated and it felt like there was something in my eye so I got up to check but there was nothing in it. Instead I saw the sclera skin in the inner corner of my eye is loose and folds when I look to the corner. I read it's Cch but I don't know what to do. Can I leave it to just heal over time?
