I Was Lying In Bed Which Is Against Wall On

I was lying in bed which is against wall on left side. Brother grabbed foot, i went to go pull away and he released. Immediately after my leg spasmed causing me to kick wall, i hit top of right foot on left side were the big toe is. For a week and half ive been off it. Tried to move it a little, i can bend toe down but can barely bend it up, whats wrong?(went to er after kicking wall, they said it wasn't broken and gave me a shoe/boot)
