I Was Mastorbating The Other Night And When I Finished

I was mastorbating the other night and when I finished there was a little pain under my penis , like a small light colored vein , towards the top of the penis but not on the tip , it burns just a little not bad , can u please tell me how to heal it or what to do about it ? I don't want to see a doctor
