I Was Masturbating With A Pen (a Bad Idea, I

I was masturbating with a pen (a bad idea, I know) anyways, when I went to clean up after words there was a light pink tint so I took apart the pen and inside there was blood. I left inside my vagina with my finger and there seems to be a dent in my cervix. There's some slight pain but not too much. Did I harm my cervix?
