I Was Mopping My Kitchen Floor This Afternoon And One

I was mopping my kitchen floor this afternoon and one foot slipped one way while other foot slipped opposite way causing me to do the splits all the way down to the floor. I heard a very loud series of cracking noises coming from left leg-hip joint when I hit the floor accompanied by tremendous pain in my left hip, left buttock, lower back and muscle behind left thigh down to back of my knee. I almost passed out three times because of the pain. Now I am sore in these areas, it is so hard to sit down and stand up and hurts to walk. Could I have broke my hip or something? I am a 61 year old woman.
