I Was Moving Things In My Garage And A Wooden

I was moving things in my garage and a wooden ladder fell on my head. I have a big knot on the right side. I've been putting ice on it. I'm wondering about possible internal bleeding. I don't want to go to the emergency room unless I really have to, I really don't have the money.
