I Was Nauseous On Thursday (and It Has Continued On

I was nauseous on Thursday (and it has continued on and off). Friday night my speech began to slur, and has gotten worse everyday. I sound drunk. This has never happened to me before. I am 29. No family history of any kind with this. I have an appointment with a doctor on Wednesday. Should I be concerned?
