I Was Nine Weeks Pregnant And Baby's Heart Beat Started

I was nine weeks pregnant and baby's heart beat started at 6 weeks . It had a strong heart beat till 9 weeks and when we had an ultrasound on nine th week they said baby's hear beat has stopped. Can I know the reason for this . And this is my 5 th miscarriage
