I Was Normal Up Until Last Night. I Started Having

I was normal up until last night. I started having diarrhea, and shortly after I took Imodium, I got worse and started vomiting uncontrollably along with a fever and chills. I don't know if this is a "bug" that will pass or it's something I need to get treated by a doctor.

I want to note that the color of my forehead turned a lime greenish color.
