I Was Not Diagnosed With Chlamydia, But Was Put On

I was not diagnosed with chlamydia, but was put on a 7 day dose of doxycycline because I may have been exposed. I'm on my 6th day of treatment and just had unprotected sex(different partner from one I may have been exposed from). Is there a chance I passed it on if I actually had it? Is 6 days enough to cure it completely? I'm still going to take the last days dosage, but is there a chance I infected someone?
