I Was Off Of Birth Control Pills For One Month.

I was off of birth control pills for one month. I started my period 5 days early. For the 1st day it was spotting and only had blood when i peed. There was a little bit of blood clots. This morning, i woke up(2nd day of period ) it got a litttle heavier. It has now slowed down, but now its liquidity, stringy, and small blood clots when i wipe. It changes from red to dark pink. Whats going on? ?
