I Was On 150 Mg Of Effexor For A Few

I was on 150 mg of Effexor for a few years, and lexapro for a few years before that. I recently moved to South Korea. Mental health culture is very poor here, and in order to get a job I needed to stop taking my medication. I did this with the help of my doctor at home, lowering my doses etc. I thought I would be okay but I am NOT. My boss in Korea said that she will assist me in finding a psychiatrist here to help me, but I can not go for two weeks. Is it possible/okay for me to take a low dose, 35 mg, of Effexor while I wait? I have enough to last me for a few weeks if necessary.
