I Was On 60 Mg Duloxetine And Stopped Taking It

I was on 60 mg duloxetine and stopped taking it because it did not seem to be helping. I then had nightmares for two nights in a row. these have stopped now. any connection between stopping the med and the nighmares. I am not taking anything now for post herpetic neuroglia due to shingles in 1915. I am itchy a lot. any ideas. I don't want to take med if they do not help me. before duloxetine, I was taking gabapentin.thanks
