I Was On Crestor 10 Mg Once A Day For

I was on Crestor 10 mg once a day for a month and had to stop due to side effects. The muscle pain has improved. I have been feeling very weak and shaky, like when you haven't eaten for a long period of time, I can hear my heartbeat in my ears. Sounds like a whoosh. And i have lost weight. I have early satiety but I am eating. Could this be from the Crestor?
