I Was On Nitrofurantoin About 2 Weeks Ago - Since

I was on Nitrofurantoin about 2 weeks ago - since then I have had tremendous gas, difficulty moving my bowels & fatigue. I have had persistent shoulder pain & some lower back pain which only seems to get better when I move my bowels or pass a lot of wind. Could this be a delayed side effect of the medication.
