I Was On An Antibiotic For A Respiratory Infection.. It

I was on an antibiotic for a respiratory infection.. It gave me terrible diarrhea which eased up a lot when antibiotic was finished. I still have some d. though, excessive gas, some pain, rumbling in abdomen, bad odor when I expel gas. not much appetite. I cant go anywhere much for fear of having an accident with gas.
What do my symptoms suggest to you? what should I do?
