I Was On Duloxetine 60 Mg For Supposedly Fibromyalgia And

I was on duloxetine 60 mg for supposedly fibromyalgia and it worked very well but had difficulty with sympathetic sexual response. Since I was also taking naproxen 500mg, 2x a day, we decided to go off the Cymbalta. I went to 30 mg, then staggerred the dose. Since this- now completely off, I have the lightheadedness which I expected, but I also have a shhh, shhh, sound intermittently. I have not seen this described as a possible side effect. I have seen an ENT and nothing out of ordinary ther! Can you suggest anything?
