I Was On Eltroxin 0.75 For Years A Dr Changed

I was on eltroxin 0.75 for years a Dr changed me to synthroid 0.88 after two yrs of use . I had a blood test showing my thyroid totally out of order. Reading TSH9.18 and other increases in blood. Cardiac muscle enzymes 342 U /1. Plus more. Had my thyroid pill increased to 100 . Two weeks ago mot much change. Still very exhausted, very itchy face,head i gained loads of weight, am also taking hydrochloithiazide 12.5.
