I Was On Generic Effexor For About Four Years 300mg

I was on generic Effexor for about four years 300mg a day then was dropped to 275mg they were the xr then my dr was weening me off eventually I got gown to 37.5mg a day and by this time it wasn't the er I took the last of Effexor on 9-7-15 and started the generic Prozac 20mg on 9-8-15 the with drawls which start as I was being wean are extreme , the agitation is crazy , crying face zaps and head I sometimes feel like I'm going to lose my mind any minute when will this nightmare end , will the Prozac help with the with drawls? If so how soon . I really feel that being weened of this med a person should be hospital like for awhile so they are not on their own and that the hospital can give you stuff to get you though the with drawls please give any information you can thank you
