I Was On Insulin Lantus 60 U At Hs And

I was on insulin Lantus 60 u at hs and nova log 5,5,5 at meals. I lost weight and went of of insulin. I remained on my Glucophage 1000th bid. I have been off insulin x 2 years. I have gained all my weight back and stsrted checking my glucose readings. Fasting and bedtime 223 average. What does this mean my A1C will likely be? Will I have to go back on insulin. I just moved and have to find a new doctor. My neuropathy has worsened and I always have a headache. Any thoughts? Thank you.
