I Was On Microogynon 30ed Since Last Year September For

I was on microogynon 30ed since last year September for 5 months it's when I stopped...the first day after I stopped the pills i started spotting for 3-4days because am trying to convince now then the month of February it was my normal period and again march so to my surprise yesterday I started spotting until now 1april because am surposed to start my period on 3/4 so my question is can it be implantation bleeding or period? Help me please.....
