I Was On My Period For My Normal 7 Days

I was on my period for my normal 7 days and about 2 days after it has started again and I've been on it for another 7 days. Is there any way I can stop it without going to a doctor? I don't have heath insurance. And it's very painful bleeding with a lot of blood clots.
