I Was On Narcotic Pain Relievers For 15 Plus Years

I was on narcotic pain relievers for 15 plus years and the last 5 plus years I was on subtext well I went to Mexico for a all natural treatment and the herb used was ibogain and after the treatment the cravings were going the next day but I still had about a 5 to 7 day hard withdrawal. Well it has been about a year now and through this year I have had issues breaking out with acne on my face and chest as well as my back now if I was to start myself on antibiotics it would take about 2 to 4 weeks for it to go away and as soon as I stopped the antibiotics with in 2 weeks here come the acne all over again and I tried this about 4 times and every time same thing and I can't seem to get rid of it what can do to get rid of it or why is this keep happening?
