I Was On The Depo Shot For A Year And

I was on the depo shot for a year and 5 months. I was due for a shot aug 13,2015 but instead i requested to get on trinessa pills so i can get back on track. The dr told me start on sun aug 16th. i never had a period til now sept 13th. If i miss the pill is there a chance i could become pregnant?
