I Was On The Elipticle Today And Had Some Bad

I was on the elipticle today and had some bad chauffing on the tip of my penis. Later in the day it started to hurt and notice some blood. A very small cut on the pee hole area. Redness and sore when it rubs up against my boxers. Took a bath to cleanse it. How can I treat it?
