I Was On The Pill And Missed One Pill Took

I was on the pill and missed one pill took two the next day. My period was all over the place so I do not remember when I had i last but my boyfriend said it's about 2 months now. I say its about a month. I feel full I have watery white discharge and grumbling stomach. The discharge has been happening for about three days but the other symptoms for about 2 weeks now. Took pregnancy test Tuesday and was negative. Do you think that I am pregnant?? Right now I feel discomfort on my belly
