I Was On The Road And A Lady Started To

I was on the road and a lady started to slide down the wall and i ran to help her and she was unresponsive for about 10-15 minutes and later on she became responsive she had no feeling in her feelings, and whilst being unresponsive she couldnt speak or see, is this a stroke?
