I Was Operated For Fistula, And The Wound Healed In

I was operated for fistula, and the wound healed in 1mon, but as soon as it healed a lump near the anus came with tremendous pain while walking sitting. While passing stools it was horrible. Dr told me it was thomossobed pile. He gave me pain killers, stool softner and anti biotic ofloxacin 2000 ornidazole 500mg. For 10days. For 2 days it took but i didnt worked out. I started ayurvedic treatment and some home reamedy such as isabgul. Conditioned had got better lump was subsiding a bit and pain lowered aftr 7days. But the discharge from lump was continueing the was small tear in the pile and discharge was comming frequently. I showed to surgeon who suggested me daflon 500 twice a day and same antibiotic for infection. I had both ayurvedic and ellopathy simultaneously. Aftr completion of 15days of ayurvedic, and 10days of allopathy, lump is subsiding by end of the day, but in morning aftr using washroom for 2 to 3 time lump get out again with mild pain and if i go for 4th time the cut is again generated from pile which pains for 2 4 hrs. Nw i m also having burning sensation in stomach from last 24hr and bit of nausea. I take sitz bath 3 times a day. Can u plz suggest me how to get rid of this. Or i need to operated?
