I Was Operated For Hemorrhoid Some Years Back. About 10

I was operated for hemorrhoid some years back. About 10 months ago I began bleeding after moving my bowels and noticed that a small pile has appeared in my anus. I have tried a variety if ointment e.g. Anusol, Procto-glyvenol but it doesnt give me any relief. Please note that I am also taking Daflon 500mg as recommended by a doctor. I do not wish to undergo another operation and would appreciate if you could recommend any medicine or alternative treatment in lieu of operation.
