I Was Ordered 600mg Of Clindomycin 1 Hour Prior To

I was ordered 600mg of clindomycin 1 hour prior to dental procedure; for prophylactic dental work. Is that too much? That is a whole day's worth. Five weeks ago I had a C5-7 spinal fusion. I required an emergency root canal last week for a tooth infection. I didn't even have that much when I had my drain in via IV. The office closed, my appointment is at 8am.
