I Was Out If The Country For Two Weeks. I

I was out if the country for two weeks. I came home and noticed two red bumps with black centers (small). They were itchy. I poped them with a lancet and clear fluid n a little blood came out. Now 2 mos. later I have the sale type small bump reddish with black scab like center . It gets better if I drain the fluid then the little black dot returns and it is tender to touch again.
