I Was Out In The Sun Yesterday And Developed A

I was out in the sun yesterday and developed a very bad sunburn covering most of my body. I woke up this morning and have large blisters on my shoulders as well as my nose. One of the blisters on my nose is leaking a clear liquid, but other than that they're all just very painful and some of them are quite large. What should I do to effectively take care of them to soothe the pain and prevent infection?
