I Was Out Of State When I Noticed A Strong

I was out of state when I noticed a strong smell, I assumed it was from the place I visited, after arriving home I noticed the same smell here in my home......while out of state I had 3 migraines in about a period of ten days or so...them out of the blue I get up with extreme dizziness for about three days....after getting home I decided to look on line abt the smell only to see the three can indicate something wrong.....I'm concerned greatly about the smell....this has been going on for about two months.....please advise....Thank you
