I Was Out Walking When I Felt A Strange Gravitational

I was out walking when i felt a strange gravitational pull - forcing me backwards about 6 steps trying to gain my balance but lost my footing resulting in falling backwards and smashing the back of my head on the concrete. I think i blacked out causing the fall.
Went to hospital to get checked out in case i needed stitches on back of head.
Dr ran some bloods, had tetanus injection and had ECG. All came back fine.
Should i go to my GP and have a Cat Scan? We have family history of thrombophillia., my Grandma died of stroke at 63. Although I was diagnosed with BPV 20 years ago I have never had a fall with the condition.
Could you please advise what investigative tests would you recommend?
It was quite a frightening experience but not knowing what the cause is and quite worrying as backwards falls seem to indicate an underlying condition.
I am a 49 yrs old/menopausal female
thanks Sara.
