I Was Painting A Trailer With Some Spray Paint Today

I was painting a trailer with some spray paint today anf when i came in i blew my nose and there was a fine mist of black paint on the napkin. I blew my nose again and the same thing. Thise went on for about 5 minutrs until i dug around in my nose with the kleenex and got allbthe paint off of my nose hairs. Common sense would tell me that if its in my nose its probably other places. I'm feeling normal but I'm just not sure if i should be woried or not. Please help as soon as you can. Thanks in advance.
