I Was Painting Today And When I Squatted Down To

I was painting today and when I squatted down to pick something up it felt like I pinched my right testicle in my jeans. It was bothering me ever since and it is very tender and swollen now. it feels like there is a hard spot on one end of the testicle where I pinched it.
