I Was Playing A Soccer Game And Collided Heads With

I was playing a soccer game and collided heads with someone. The other girl did not suffer any injuries, but I suffered a huge knot on my left temple. It's still a little swollen 4 days after it occurred. Now I have a terrible black eye and a knot on my temple/orbital bone. I'm having reoccurring headaches and I don't know if I should worry about the knot. Please help! Thank you!
