I Was Playing Around With My Mom Talking About Double

I was playing around with my mom talking about double chins and as i was lifting my head back up, I felt a severe pain on my throat. I felt like I couldn't breathe for a couple of seconds but then started taking deep breathes. Is there anything that I could've damaged?
