I Was Playing Basketball, And A Longer Story Cut Short

I was playing basketball, and a longer story cut short is... I had the base of my neck impacted with a shoulder or an elbow and may have caused a concussion. I did not receive any pain until I had sex with my wife yesterday. When I was about to climax, It was like someone was hitting the back of my head with a hammer. Left back side of my head. I never had pain like that during sex before, and want to know if I should get a cat-scan... Not sure how dangerous my situation is- if it is associated with the head collision that I had Monday night.
