I Was Playing Futsal At A Gala Day And I

I was playing futsal at a gala day and I was practising goal keeper, then the ball hit my finger and made a loud popping noise as if the ball had popped. I was running around which pain as if I had broken my finger. I have tapped it for the last 4 days but still swollen and bruised and I get pins and needles a lot even when I untapped it to have a shower. Do I need to go get it checked out??
