I Was Playing Golf Last Friday. Hot And Humid Day.

I was playing golf last Friday. Hot and humid day. Got dizzy, felt like my heart was going to come through my chest. I sat back down in my cart and poured water on my head and neck. Felt better 5 minutes later. Just got scared. Should I be more concerned?
