I Was Playing Kickball And I Was Jogging Back To

I was playing kickball and I was jogging back to catch the ball when I stumbled and fell. I landed on my butt and then fell back and hit my head. I did not faint, bleed, feel dizzy or vomit. I have very slight headache. Should I worry about internal bleeding. We were playing on grass, but the ground was still kind of hard.
