I Was Playing Volleyball At School And I Fell Right

I was playing volleyball at school and I fell right on my arm and It went numb I could not feel my elbow and some parts of my fingers. a couple days went by and my hand still hurts . it's tolerable but sometimes I'm in pain which I don't like. What should I do ?
