I was precribted cephalexin500 mg four times a day, I am 68 years old and have been allergic to so many antibotics. I have had lots of bladder infections and was in pain on Friday evening and this is what the prescription was for. I strated getting better after taking the pills on sat. and was better by the next morning but then I was having pain again like a bad yeast infection. I used miconazole3 stated in bed for SEVERAL hours and still taking the cephalexin but then own Sunday I had red rash and still painful I used the 3 on Sunday nite.
