I Was Pregnant With Twins. I Had A Miscarriage In

I was pregnant with twins. I had a miscarriage in 5th month .without my knowledge they were remain in uterus for 30 days in died position. At that time doctor advised me a torch test after 30& 40 days. I took the test & found that all IgG are +ve & IgM are -ve. Doctor says that I further need treatment. Is this necessary. Please help me.
