I Was Prescribed 6o Oxycodone 30 Streignth For A Sholder

I was prescribed 6o oxycodone 30 streignth for a sholder tear that needs surgery in a few month. He said to take 1 a day or no more then two in one day. So Ive been taken them for a week while still working moderately. I worked really hard on my arms and the pain was. so I took 3, which I should not of and all evening I am woozy and not holing anything down. I there anything I can do? flush with water or Crandberry! Eat licorice and don't do it again. or nothing and let it run its course?
