I Was Prescribed Clindamycin For A Tooth Bacteria Infection. I

I was prescribed Clindamycin for a tooth bacteria infection. I was told to take 4 capsules by mouth immediately then 2 capsules every 6 hours until i finish the med. My question is, bc Im 29 weeks along my concern is that I haven't felt the regular movements if the baby as I usuallywould. Is this something I would need to be alarmed to get checked out?
