I Was Prescribed Diflucan 400 Mg Daily For Thrush On

I was prescribed Diflucan 400 mg daily for thrush on my vocal chords and lungs secondary to Breo inhaler. Prior to taking the Breo I have been on Advair, QVar and albuterol. I took one round for 7 days and got about 50% better. I waited another week and wasn't getting completely better and and started another round .
2 questions: SHouldnt I have a longer treatment duration?
Also, I have accidentally taken 2 doses x 2 days for a total of 800 mg..what should I be concerned about?
