I Was Prescribed Flagyl And Started Taking It 2 Days

I was prescribed Flagyl and started taking it 2 days ago. I am have a laser hair removal appointment tomorrow. Does Flagyl cause photosensitivity and should I postpone my appointment? If I should reschedule what time frame is appropriate after completing the medication?
