I Was Prescribed Flagyl Antibiotics For 7 Days And Could

I was prescribed Flagyl antibiotics for 7 days and could not complete the medications due to the side effects. I was able to take the medication for 4 days. After the 6th day I developed oral thrush and was given two doses of diflucan to take. I completed those and the white patches went away in my mouth, however the large white bumps remain on my tongue as well as numbness and burning. Sometimes the bumps on my tongue are painful towards the tip, but the bumps are the rear of the tongue do not hurt but when my mouth gets dry they feel like sand paper. I don't have a follow up for a few days but I am concerned about the possibilities. I have attached a picture in hopes of being able to get ideas on what to ask the doctors about. I do have a history of being exposed to HPV over years ago and have been asymptomatic, I am also a daily smoker of half pack per day. I am 29 years old.
